I spoke to Kat and find her recovery appears to be a lengthy one. 
She reminded me to say "Hi" to everyone. She wishes you all well 
and misses everyone. Once she is able to sit at the computer for 
any length of time, she will be back ... until then, it's sitting in the 
lounge chair ... even trying to sleep in it. She's very depressed to the 
point where she's not sleeping nor eating much ... she needs to for that 
leg to heal. She needs some encouragement, support and love. 

Kat, munch on some cashews, pecans, almonds ... you need protein. How 
about celery stuffed with peanut butter ... light yet chocked full of protein! 

Anyone else with some suggestions?

Don't give up hope, I am sure you will be fine,it just seam to take longer.

Kat, I'm sorry to hear about your slow recovery...
Try to make yourself as comfortable as you can. Your favorite food, your favorite movies, your favorite music!
Nuts are really great for healthy energy, dried and fresh fruit, fish.
And don't forget the sweets for the soul!

@ Kat: Sorry to hear that you need more time, as you was thinking. Don't give up Kat, sometimes it needs more time as we wish, but with a little patience and courage you will make it. You need to fight for it every new day, and never lost the believe that you can do. Don't forget to eat, so you have enough strengh for every new day. Nadine is right ... do what you like to do. 
We're all here for you, and we pray together. 

@ Julia: I think Donny had meet this wolf several times and sure it will be interesting to know this name. Need to make some good screenshoots, I will do my best to find some good scenes. Wish Donny would tell us more about the working on the sets, he had surely a lot to tell us. Maybe we find a way, to gave him some "special computertime" to his birthday.

it was a wonderful game. Now we have here a lot big partys and it is very loud. Good that it was early on the day, so the whole fireworks can't wake up some kids who need to sleep. 
So sorry, that the american Team lost they match yesterday. I was so hoping that it will works, but both makes a great game. 
In these day all look to south africa and the World Cup. It will be very interesting.

It's been pretty quiet this year. With the economy in a slump, most are 
enjoying activities close to home...backyard bar-b-ques, campfires and legal 
home fireworks. Professional fireworks seem limited to about 20 minutes rather 
than the hour long displays of previous years...very pretty though.

Little Flame, we had our city fireworks display 
cancelled for the year because of budget cuts---boo!!!!
They are still having them at the Air Force Academy, though and
several other outlying areas----

dollar toilet seat if I remember---good grief. They're not even watering
our parks or picking up the trash cans in the city parks here. They EVEN turned off
